The Linux Documentation Project
The definitive repository of Linux knowledge. In other words, if you have a question, go here. You'll find HOWTO files covering everything you can think to ask, as well as Guides with more in-depth information, online man pages, and even an online magazine.

LinuxPowered.com
A good site containing online help for Linux users.

The GNU Project
A lot of what most people think of as "Linux" actually comes from the GNU Project. They have extensive online manuals for their software. Take a look; anyone who uses Linux owes thanks to these folks.
